GDM is proud to support the world tooling industry by employing a national team of experienced and dedicated designers, engineers & operators, who, with over 30 years of experience across various industries, know how to optimize part design for mold feasibility and minimize mold and production costs.
We can respond to customers within 24 hours. With over 100 technicians, we can provide the best tooling solutions, including part design optimization/ moldflow analysis/mold design/prototype samples, or soft tooling samples/hard tool building.

Mold Development Process Control

All mold development processes are computer-controlled (ERP), providing optimal efficiency for mold machining process control and monitoring, ensuring no delays. Even though there is a delay, it can be covered up soon, so there is no delay for the mold shipment.
The project manager will also manage the whole process and do the necessary coordination, so that the shortest lead time can be guaranteed. We can manufacture almost 100 sets of injection molds & sheet metal stamping dies.

Quality Control

GDM Tool Building Process Fully Managed by QC Centre, there are 34 QC members working for the quality control: management work as the QC leader, serving concurrently as head of QC. Work content includes:

・Trial sample, tooling parts inspection.
・Outsource the supplier’s monitor, and purchase parts for acceptance inspection.
・Quality system’s building, improvement, and compliance monitoring.

Since the steel quality can not be visually observed, doing the steel inspection can ensure stable production on the production line.

After Sales Service

we have been working with outsource mold factory overseas to offer after-sales service for our customers in nearly 10 countries including the United States, France, Belgium, Japan, Thailand, India, and Vietnam. Whenever our customers have any needs, can contact GDM any time for mold modification solutions or solutions for any issued raised during production. 65% of GDM molds are exported to more than 20 countries every year.
