As a company dedicated to the research, development, manufacturing, and service of precision molds, Zhuhai Gree Daikin Precision Mold Co., Ltd. has always regarded "quality management" as the core of our corporate development. We consistently adhere to the quality policy of "aiming to exceed customer expectations and creating a world-class mold enterprise," integrating quality management into every stage of the mold manufacturing process.


To better demonstrate our professional capabilities in quality management, we would like to outline our company's quality management process through the following points. We hope this will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our commitment and assurance to product quality.

 

1、Adheres to the principle of "quality first" in all workflow

We have established a Quality Management Department to maintain, develop, and oversee the implementation of the company's quality system. As the core department for quality control, the Quality Management Department is divided into three sections: the Quality System Section, the Quality Inspection Section, and the Outsourcing Supervision Section. Among these, the Quality System Section is specifically responsible for establishing, maintaining, and monitoring the quality system and its associated standards. Its oversight activities span the entire product lifecycle, ensuring 100% compliance with customer requirements.
 
 
 
 
 
 

2、Mature and efficient quality management system

Our company has obtained ISO Quality Management System certification and boasts a well-established quality management system team. Detailed as ISO 45001, 9001, 14001 Certificates 、AEO Customs Advanced Certificate.
Quality Assurance Department. has high-precision testing facilities combined with automated testing methods. We will conduct quality control management in four aspects: Incoming Quality Control (IQC), Input Process Quality Control (IPQC), Forming Quality Control (FQC), and Output Quality Control (OQC). Meet customers' demands for mold quality and mold spare parts.

GDM has established a quality management system that meets international standards. 
All employees practice the quality self-inspection management concept of "not accepting unqualified products, not manufacturing unqualified products, 
and not exporting unqualified products". A special quality management department has been established. It uses high-precision testing facilities combined with automated testing methods and standardized control processes to control the quality of the four major links: 
incoming material inspection (IQC), process product inspection (IPQC), molded product inspection (FQC), and mold shipment acceptance (OQC). 
We meet customer satisfaction and achieve the highest quality.

The Quality Management System of GDM

 

From the input of customer drawings to the delivery of molds, quality control is implemented at every stage, including but not limited to the following points:

 
(1) During the R&D phase, our company possesses a professional design team equipped with industry-leading licensed software such as Moldflow and AUTOFORM (product feasibility analysis tools). These tools enable us to conduct simulation analyses in the early stages of product development, identify potential issues, and review them to formulate solutions, ensuring the rationality and reliability of the design. Upon completion of the design, we distribute the customer specification documents (covering input, design, assembly, and quality) and conduct thorough inspections to guarantee 100% compliance with customer requirements.
 
(2)  For raw material quality control, our company has established long-term partnerships with premium suppliers both domestically and internationally. We ensure quality at the source: every raw material batch is verified with official supplier certification for full traceability and compliance. Additionally, our facility is equipped with advanced instruments, including spectrometers, tensile testers, flaw detectors, and hardness testers. Before raw materials are stored, they undergo rigorous inspections by our quality inspection team. Only materials that pass these inspections are allowed to proceed to the production phase
 
(3)  For production process monitoring, our company's CNC and EDM machining equipment is equipped with in-machine inspection systems. Once parts are processed, they are automatically inspected, and inspection reports are generated. This allows us to determine the quality of the parts before they are removed from the machines. 
 
(4)  Product Inspection: Our company is equipped with advanced measuring tools such as Zeiss CMM, blue light scanners, 2.5D measuring instruments, dynamic balancers, and calipers, all operated by professional inspection personnel. After trial molding, the products undergo dimensional inspections and appearance checks. The inspection results are promptly communicated and shared with the customer within the specified timeframe, ensuring that the product dimensions and appearance fully meet customer requirements.
 
(5)  Mold Shipment: Before the molds are shipped, in addition to inspecting the product dimensions and appearance, dedicated quality specialists and quality system auditors conduct a thorough point-by-point inspection of the mold specifications. They generate corresponding acceptance records to ensure that the mold specifications, product dimensions, and product appearance all meet customer requirements.

(6)  Customer Feedback and Continuous Improvement: We place great emphasis on customer feedback and complaints, with dedicated complaint specialists from the Quality Management Department directly addressing customer concerns. Upon receiving feedback or a complaint, the company must initiate the corresponding procedures within 2 hours, hold a review meeting within four hours, and provide the customer with a solution within eight hours. Internally, we conduct in-depth analysis of the issues raised, develop targeted improvement plans, and have quality personnel conduct ongoing follow-up inspections. Through continuous improvement, we consistently enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

For each order, Gree Daikin would follow with the strict quality guarantee system, from getting order→part analysis→starting design→buying steel→material specification→manufacturing→process control inspection→assembly & mold trial →mold shipping, for 100% satisfaction from our customers.
 

INCOMING ADMINISTRATION

To ensure steel quality, we implement a rigorous three-stage management system:
1. Pre-Qualification: We conduct thorough supplier audits and material inspections before any purchase.
2. Continuous Monitoring: Approved suppliers undergo monthly quality reviews, with each batch inspected upon arrival.
3. Corrective Action: Suppliers with consistent quality receive direct feedback for continuous improvement, while non-conforming materials are addressed before any further processing.
 

DEVELOPMENT AND DESIGN

Strict Research and design analysis  each order. For part quality, we have a Comprehensive plan quality judgment from the beginning of pre-study to the finish of design & review. Related documents would be provided at each period, from getting order → part analysis→design review→design inspection, to make sure the shortened designing time at the premise of high quality.
 

IPQ·FQC·OQC

To make sure the quality & safety during manufacturing, every staff have to follow the “3-don’t” principle. ( Don’t accept , don’t manufacture and don’t sell the disqualified molds & components)
