Introduction to Vibration-Assisted Scrap Discharge System

The integrated mechanism combines a vibration unit with scrap chutes. Upon activating the pneumatic valve, the vibration unit drives reciprocating motion, inducing vibratory action in connected scrap chutes. This dynamically dislodges stamped scrap into collection zones without production stoppages, eliminating manual waste handling.

Technology Introduction: An Oil Filter Screen Plate is added to the scrap chute and welded together. The smooth surface of the plate reduces friction when the die-cut scrap slides down. The smooth, small bumps on the plate reduce the contact area during the slide, allowing the scrap to slide smoothly and safeguarding the automated mass production of the mold, thereby improving production efficiency.
