The features of vertical molds are as follows:

1. PP material is prone to flash defects in plastic materials.

2. The thinnest of uneven blade thickness is 0.40MM, the thickest part is 1.50MM. The part is easy to short-circuit and can lead to severe shunting, which is also prone to flash defects.

Both of these locations are reflected on the blade. The original blade was formed by the large inclined ejector in the middle and the straight ejector on both sides.

The parting surface of a straight top and an angled top, as shown in the figure below, is prone to poor fit and can cause flash defects.

We improve the parting surface to resolve the defect issues 

In short, the sloping top fits the straight top that is to prolong the parting surface to the material location, and guarantee material sealing is within the sloping top. simple assembly, and yields good results. By eliminating burrs and defects, the blower blade mold reached the production state on the first trial molding.
