For stmping dies, the processing size is 3.4m * 1.5m, suitable for 800-ton punch presses. Upon receiving 2D and 3D drawings from customers, GreeDaikinMold assigns a dedicated technical team to conduct product analysis using leading CAE/CAD/CAM technologies. This helps optimize the customer's product structure, formulate optimal molding plans, and determine the most cost-effective production methods. For aspects like plastic pre-deformation and sheet metal springback prediction, we perform preliminary CAE analysis and discuss it with customers. ■ Precision Equipiment
Our company adopts an advanced U-shaped production line layout, equipped with over 200 scale precision machines for mold production and processing, as well as multiple intelligent robotic mold production lines, providing strong support for mold quality and delivery time. The main equipment brands in the workshop are globally leading Makino and Mitsubishi. There are 43 CNC machines, 18 EDM machines, and 30 WEDM machines, along with 6 injection molding machines and 4 punching machines to meet the needs of mold testing and small-batch production for customers. For example, the horizontal machining center A100E is equipped with dual worktables, enabling quick switching within 5 minutes without stopping the machine. If mold testing requires injection molding machines above 1300 tons or punching machines above 500 tons, we will utilize the resources of the parent company to meet the mold testing needs. In addition, our quality inspection center is equipped with numerous testing equipment, such as coordinate measuring machines, 3D scanners, projectors, dynamic balancers, spectrometers, flaw detectors, hardness testers, etc. To specialize in tool edge repair and precision forming, we have also introduced sharpening machines, and in 2025, an automated graphite electrode processing production line will be introduced.
