The hot runner of an injection mold is the most critical structural part of the product production, which is related to the product quality and the stability of mold production. 1. After dismantling the mold, heat and clean the hot nozzle section to remove all debris one by one. Use approximately 7 kg of air pressure to blow out residual material from the manifold and hot nozzle until completely clean.
2. During the heating process, use a thermometer to measure the temperature of the steel components around the hot nozzle to monitor heat loss. Simultaneously, reduce the heat loss of the sealing section at the tip of the hot nozzle to maintain a stable temperature within a certain range, thereby preventing the occurrence of cold material.
